Alegre Design at CIFF Shanghai 2025

The 56th edition of the China International Furniture Fair (CIFF Shanghai) will take place from September 9 to 12, 2025, at the National Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai.

This year’s theme, “Design Crossing Boundaries,” positions the fair as a true laboratory of ideas, where prototypes meet buyers and cross-cultural collaborations take shape. It's a space where design transcends borders, disciplines, and expectations.

The Epicenter of Furniture Innovation in Asia

With over 1,500 exhibiting brands, the fair attracts 150,000 professionals and spans 300,000 m² across 10 halls, establishing itself as one of the most influential events in the furniture industry in Asia.

Under the concept “Go the Extra Mile”, the studio will unveil four new office chairs, designed in collaboration with international brands, that merge innovation, sustainability, and high performance.

The role of Alegre Design at CIFF Shanghai

Alegre Design, a European leader in industrial design with over 20 years of experience, will take part in CIFF Shanghai 2025, one of Asia’s most influential trade fairs for the office furniture sector.

But “Go the Extra Mile” is more than a concept, it’s a mindset. It means pushing boundaries, exceeding expectations, and creating products that deliver tangible value, timeless aesthetics, and environmental responsibility.

Each chair on display at CIFF is the result of a strategic collaboration with global manufacturers who share this forward-thinking vision.
